What to Have Ready
You don't need anything formal, but estimates go faster when you can tell us:
- What happened — a hole, a crack, a leak, a remodel, a bonus room, a new build-out.
- Where it is — wall or ceiling, which room, roughly how big.
- Your timeline — is this urgent storm damage or a someday project?
- Photos, if it's a repair — a quick phone picture often lets us give a tighter ballpark on the first call.
Got Water Coming In Right Now?
Call rather than filling out the form — we prioritize active water. If a ceiling is visibly bulging, put a bucket under it and carefully poke a small hole in the center of the bulge to drain it; a controlled drip is much better than a sudden collapse. If it's a plumbing leak, shut the water off at the supply. Then call us and we'll talk through what happens next.
